Meter readings are automatically pulled between the 24th and 26th of each month.  Bills are calculated and sent on the last working day of the month.  All rates are net, the gross being ten (10) percent higher.  In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply.

• Utility Rates
• Pay Bill Online. Pay by credit card or debt card. VISA-MASTERCARD-DISCOVER
• Sign up for ACH Payment. Your bill can be automatically withheld from your account between the 10th and 14th of each month.   You will still continue to receive your bill.  Complete the form and return to City Hall.
• Pay by Check. Checks can be mailed to PO Box 578, Grafton, ND 58237 or dropped off at City Hall, 5 East 4th St. 
• Budget Pay Plan Application
• Sign up to receive your bill by email. Paperless billing is available for your utility bill.
