The City of Grafton has several properties for sale. Most of the lots are buildable. If a new home is built or moved on site, the owner will receive a $20,000 "Grow Grafton" grant. A previously lived in home moved on site would qualify for a $10,000 "Grow Grafton" grant. Any lot within city limits is eligible whether purchased from the city or from a private sale.
Minimum bid of $5,000 sold in accordance with City resolution
- A 2-year real estate tax exemption up to $150,000 value of a new home
